I called the shop and spoke with Semir . He sent a tow truck to pick up my car . I called a friend to take me to the Dr. With friends like this the world is a better place . This was standard preventive maintenance that came due automatically with the mileage trigger. I used to go to the Dealer for this work, but the All Tech quote was well below the Dealer's price. I saw no difference in the workmanship, so I have no complaints. The work was completed sooner than promised, and I was able to get the car back before 2PM. I will certainly be trusting them with my car maintenance in the future!
